Dosa

  1. Take the Finger Millet batter in a vessel and stir it properly.
  2. Spread 1/2 cup of batter on a heated pan
  3. Spread a spoonfull of ghee or oil over it
  4. Roast on both sides tillgolden brown
  5. Serve the crispy and hot dosa.

Idli

  1. Steam the Finger Millet batter in an idli vessel
  2. Heat for 10-12 minutes on medium to high flame
  3. Fluffy idlis, ready to serve!
