How To Use

Shelf life 14 days when kept under refrigeration (5°C)

Dosa

  1. Take the Red Rice batter in a vessel and stir it properly.
  2. Spread 1/2 cup of batter on a heated pan
  3. Spread a spoonfull of ghee or oil over it
  4. Roast on both sides tillgolden brown
  5. Serve the crispy and hot dosa.

Idli

  1. Steam the Red Rice batter in an idli vessel
  2. Heat for 10-12 minutes on medium to high flame
  3. Fluffy idlis, ready to serve!
